At first I was skeptic, especially after all the reviews that I've read but they proved me wrong. the whole staff was nothing but courteous thru the whole year that I had my loan with them, always making sure that im never left in the dark.

I was misled about the potential plans that were available until after my time was wasted. When I refused to renegotiate terms with credit card companies I was given the smart alec desperate sales ploys used when salespeople are frustrated that they cannot strong arm you. I was talked over when I tried to explain that i was open to other solutions and ultimately hung up on.

I applied online after getting a letter in the mail and then got a call the day after by a Tony with a direct line. He took all my private information. He claimed that an underwriter would contact me the next day after reviewing my info. It's been a couple of days now with no return contact. Feel like my information was misused. I have provided all the info to the proper authorities just in case and regardless of whether it is Credit 9 or not. Absolute scam. They are not trying to make a loan. This is a bait and switch to put you in debt re-organization plan.

I fully support the majority of the other reviews here. I had a lengthy conversation with a supposed loan counselor yesterday. He was very pleasant and I shared the requested personal information. He promised me a call back today at 5PM EST (we clarified 2PM his time). I left work early to take the call.......nothing! After waiting an hour I decided to check reviews. Very unsettling. If this guy ever does reach back out I will NOT take him up on any offer.

I received a pre approval letter in the mail. Called and shared some data and scheduled a follow up for 48 hours later. Jason called the next day saying he had a mix up on his calendar and then never called at the appointed time. I received several text messages with no signature and different numbers than Jason's but related to a possible loan. Seems strange and I have now tossed the paperwork

This company called to follow up on a printed offer that they sent. After a phone conversation made an appointment to the following day. The representative, Kenneth, did not bother calling back on time or at all. The company sent another printed offer that appears to be a bait and switch for higher interest rate. The original interest rate that was offered was a third of what their return offer was switch to following the conversation. Bait and switch!!! Beware!!!! Send you a preappoval letter in the mail, get your info, then tell you to stop paying your bills and pay them @24% interest and then they might re-negotiate with your creditors after 12 months of non payment on your cards. So you pay them, get sued by your cc companies and end up with a sh@@ credit score
