Routine and deferred maintenance on my Cadillac. Disappointed that soon after this visit, another issue required immediate attention, so I stopped by a nearby mechanic. They diagnosed and repaired the minor issue and pointed out a more significant problem that was NOT new and was not identified or mentioned at Crest. There's no way it could have been overlooked by the Crest mechanic who worked on my car, so I'm troubled that something pretty significant was overlooked. Daniel was great but I was waiting for a long time to do financing and it was over 4 hours at the dealership. I also didn't receive the copies of the contract

Logan was great! Unfortunately, he quoted me 1-1/2 hours and I was there for over 2 hours. I asked the cashier for an estimate on time at one point and she told me "Logan can tell you that"... Logan had left for the day? After 2 hours I asked for another update and she said they were looking for my specific windshield wipers to which they never found. This has absolutely been the worst car experience I have ever had. I took my car to service and wasted almost two thousand dollars when I clearly told the service desk to complete an assessment and if repairs are over $1000 then I would rather purchase a new car. The repairs were a little over that so I agreed to the repairs. However, in only a few weeks the same problem persisted and almost $2000 later even after speaking with your sales personnel. For the second time in a row, they have forgotten to perform my state inspection. They have also taken more than two weeks to fix my car. I was charged for courtesy roadside assistance without informing me there would be a charge for it.

Service is OK for general maintenance items but for larger repairs it always seems to be extremely expensive and hard to work with them especially when a war company is involved.

No part in stock, took 6 hours to tell me that and no has more problems, camera not working , time off, cannot change in settings! Ugh
