I had to utilize my roadside assistance this past week, and from the get-go, my experience was a positive one! They towed my car within 30 minutes of the call, they kept me aware of what was going on through communication, and got my car returned to me without me ever having to go to the dealership service dept!! Chase Y. is an excellent service advisor! I highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone that will go the extra mile to help! The Valet service is phenomenal; I hope they never do away with it!!
