Came in at 8 am for oil service and issue with steering wheel fit and finish. Steering wheel leather was peeling and plastic SuperDrive lens had a spur sticking up that was uncomfortable. Arman got me a ride home, service did the oil and related inspection, replaced the steering wheel from stock (Wow), washed to car. Alto brought me back, all within 5 hrs. Could not have gone better!

Chase took care of my car from the time I pulled in until the needed repairs were complete.
