My transition went out on my 2024 XT5. I called Logan at Crest and he had a tow truck come and pick up my SUV. 2 days let me know the status and sent the shuttle to take me to the service department for a loaned. Everything is great . I’m glad to have my XT5 back.

Ebby in the body shop was very professional and my car was repaired and ready when he said it would be. Felix assisted us picking up our car and was very patient.

The dealership treated me like they really wanted to earn my business. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. I need ti call out Bret Bonin specifically. He is top notch.
