My husband and I were shopping for a low mile, slightly used SUV. We really liked the Infiniti QX60 and Crest seemed to have a good selection to choose from. They also seemed to have a lot of other nice used SUVs so they seemed to be a great place to go to compare different brands and models. We visited several times and our salesperson Ivan seemed to be pretty clueless, but I kept thinking that everybody has to learn, so I didn't mind too much. Plus, almost every time we were there he would bring over a guy named Adrian to ... read more

You have question everything they quote. They tried to sell me new wipers. I changed them 1 month ago. All about the maintenance up sell.

They are extremely slow at everything they do. The average time for an oil change is 3 hours, to check a battery is 2 days, and this last time to change a tire and do a rotation was 4.5 hours. They always lie and say it will only take an hour and a half so I decide to wait. Then they waste my entire day and they don’t communicate with you on timelines either. I always have to be the one to follow up with them. Terrible customer service.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!I read all the rave reviews online but I almost feel like the reviews are paid for considering the type of service I recieved. On 9/1/2020 I drove an hour to purchase a vehicle I had looked at on 8/26/2020. I had asked manager Jimmy Hendrix if I could get the car looked at for 2 hours to get it checked and he was adamant about not letting the car leave the dealership. Before purchasing the vehicle I noticed that there was only one set of keys and I was told by the salesman Felix Villatoro that he ... read more

It’s ridiculous that dealerships force customers to take these surveys. If not, it hurts the person. They mean nothing. give 5 star for them

I originally purchased my Infiniti from Crest back in 2014 on the pretense that buying luxury from Crest meant buying service. Unfortunately, I've had lackluster customer service multiple times in the service department. Most recently I took in my vehicle to have them check a "low washer fluid" light that had popped up. After 2 hours of waiting in the lobby with only 2 other customers, they came back with a bill and a full point inspection of all the things I needed to pay them to do, but failed to mention the "low tire pres... read more

no follow-up about unresolved problems The paint is pealing off the bumber of 2 year old Infiniti. The dealership acknowledged it and promised to give a call back with they can fix it. After 2 months of no response (maybe related to COVID19 disruption). I brought the car to the dealership again with the same issue. They promissed to call back when again when the part can be fixed. No any response again over a week.

Good place to service vehicle. But when it comes to warranty, they don’t want to do it unless you pay them money. Will avoid this place. Service price is a little to high and recommended unnecessary service.
