Jeff made the purchase of our new Infiniti a very pleasant experience. He was very knowledgable about all aspects of the vehicle. No high pressure at all. He listened to what we were looking for and filled the bill perfectly. The closing or signing of all the paperwork went very quickly and smoothly. The explaniation of all the car features and details was good. This has been the best new car experience we have had and I have been buying new cars since 1968.
We went to Crest Infiniti to test drive their SUV in order to upgrade from our Chevy Tahoe. We were greeted by Jeff, who was extremely nice and proceeded to ask questions to determine if they had a vehicle that best suited our needs. We were greeted promptly when we arrived and directed to Caleb as our Sales Consultant. Caleb took time to determine what we were looking for from a model and equipment perspective and was able to find the right vehicle in the right color for us. Our experience with Crest and in particular Jeffery Browning, Jody Brosin and Fielding was very informative as well as pleasant. "Tux" was very knowledgeable about the EX35 and answered all questions we could possibly think of. The showroom was warm and inviting and all sales personnel were very friendly. Crest Infiniti will be our first choice for future car purchases.
From the time we walked in Caleb was there to help us out in any way he could. We new that we were in the market for a vehicle, he showed us several models that fit the description of what we needed. Jeff is highly enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Infiniti, their products and services, and himself. In the very beginning Cedric said that he wanted to make the entire process very easy for me. Cedric certainly lived up to his promise. The entire process consisted of six e-mail conversations and one pre-visit to the dealership. Then of course the trip to the dealership to sign papers and pick up the car. I didn't know what to expect while purchasing a new car. Caleb Brosin was our sales rep and he made this experience "seamless" and easy. I am so excited about using the concierge service and everything they offer when owning a FX35. Caleb was superb and I would ask for him if I were you when shopping at Crest Infiniti.
Jeff (Tux) did a great job and helped me with my new car purchase. I HATE buying a car, but this experience changed my attitude. The attention, concessions and attitude of everyone involved was 'top notch'. I would highly recommend buying a car from Crest Infiniti...I love my new EX35!
