Had a 6:30-7 apt with Maxwell and he didn’t show up nor did he make note that I was coming to purchase a vehicle. Because of his lack due diligence the car was sent to the auction and we both lost a deal. Buyers beware this guy is a joke!!!
Dangerous! Do NOT trust their service department. I picked up my Infiniti SUV from their service department Sept 5. It needs the CVT transmission and the transfer case repaired/replaced. I wasn't sure it was worth the high cost of repair so I asked my service rep if it was safe to drive my vehicle home. He said it was. I have the voicemail. I confirmed it with him again in person when I picked up my car. Less than 2 miles away from Crest my low tire light came on. Tire pressure was 22 and should be 32. Complete joke I have kept my mouth shut for months about my opinion of this dealership based solely on the fact that I had a family member who worked here. They are a complete and total joke in every aspect be it service, sales, finance, paint and body the entire dealership. I bought a car from here because as I said I have a family member. Please DO NOT trust the person He won't care about needs of customers but him sale number. I left 5 star while I thought he was good. However, I was wrong. The car I got was not as he "said". He avoid my requirements and used words to get my trust. When I realized everything, I have already bought the car from the liar. Free car wash was not truth as I was stopped by staff. All lies...NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
Rethink your decision Vile and Rotten place.... Yes they have nice things like, a chef on site putting greens and a dog park they offer some good stuff but you can't paint ugly just look behind the scenes
Crest experience One of the Managers doesn’t know how to speak with customer. This dealership will enforce few services as mandatory though we don’t want to avail that. The share a crap reason as if its their business model and to keep up the reputation as a luxury car dealer.
Tux is the definition of unprofessional and rude. Jeffrey, or "Tux", is by far the most unprofessional example of a salesman I have ever came across. I was pending a deal with another dealer and due to my impatience decided to shop around just to confirm I'm getting the best deal possible. Worst car buying experience ever!!!!! Worst experience ever!! I had previously purchased a Lexus from them when they were still located in Plano off hwy 75 back in 2013, which customer service was magnificent.
