Al Conkelton saved my experience with the dealership. When handling business, I'm not one to show emotions. He's demeanor stayed nice and helpful the entire time. However, the young lady that handled the finance portion, when I signed paperwork on the first day was nice until she saw I didnt want any perks. I now have 2 Infinity QX60s and I’m proud of both. I’ve never owned a better vehicle so now I drive a Black Car service with my new one. I have used other service centers and have had mixed reviews for them all. Every time I’ve taken my car to Crest, I’ve been glad I did. They may not be the cheapest service option around but the extra cost is well worth the peace of mind I get knowing the work is being done correctly and in the off chance of any mistakes, they warranty their work.
