Easy transaction. Only a little negotiating required for an acceptable final purchase price. The trade-in process was efficient and reasonable. They did charge for adding tint, which I know they didn't add, but other than that, everything was straightforward. Overall, a professional operation.

My experience was great dropping my QX55 and picking up a loaner car while my vehicle was being serviced for oil change, tire rotation, engine filter replace and paint sealant applied. Bryan Bannister was my service advisor and he kept me informed of my car’s progress. He met me in the service area when I returned the loaner car and he took me in to close out my paperwork as my car was being brought around. Everything went well. Thank you Bryan!
