The dealership was good. It looked like it had all the amenities needed for us.
I had a wonderful experience with my car purchase at the Infiniti Frisco. My sales person was David and he was very kind and helpful. He made me feel comfortable with my purchase and never rushed. Rob Simmonds sent an e-mail in response to mine, Mr. Brosin touched base to be sure I had received what I needed, Miles Means setup my appointment and introduced me to David Whyte. Mr. Hernandez handled the financing and Miles delivered the car bow and all (!) and explained how things worked. David really helped me. From the moment I entered the Service area -- first class service! The customer experience was top notch. My issue wasn't a serious one, but the team treated it like it was the only one. I opted to hang around and wait, and the staff seemed to enjoy going out of their way to make sure all was good with me. They even arranged for me to use a small office so I could take a business conference call. Excellent service!!
