Randy greeted me immediately when I exited my vehicle. He was very nice and assured me that I would be able to get a loaner vehicle and that I would be in good hands with Tony. Tony politely greeted me and we went over the service needs of my vehicle. He then took me to Dustin. I've taken my vehicle twice to the Service department at this dealership and have experienced reliable, fast, friendly, and efficient service on both occasions.
Very impressive service from A to Z. Both of the valet drivers were kind, upbeat and helpful. Justin is extremely responsive and very helpful.
They got my car cleaned up and ready to go, all while I got to enjoy a loan car.
The dealership is a nice building, very comfortable and relaxed. The staff is kind and attentive but so patient and chill. Whatever you want is sincerely considered and in our case granted.
My service experience was okay, choice of services was somewhat confusing but I was usually able to contact a person to help me. I spent approximately $6,000 which included a set of tires and my son noticed when I was home they didn’t install the covers on the tire stems. Seems that should be the least they could do. Also didn’t replace some fasteners from other work done.
Great service very friendly staff and very knowledgeable thank you so much for the great service again!
Told what was wrong they listened to my needs took the car right in gave me a loaner fixed it the first time
