Dustan was courteous & professional, a pleasure to work with. I also appreciated that a loaner vehicle was available for me. My only negative is that one problem with my vehicle was not fixed. There were several problems, and all were addressed successfully, except for the cruise control not working. I had indicated that the cruise control problem was the main problem I wanted addressed, but it still does not work.
Al was very pleasant to work with and was a true professional. Process was very easy.
I was able to get an appointment on the books quickly with a loner car reservation. My service advisor kept me updated along the way. The issue with my vehicle was resolved.
Service was fast and staff was helpful and friendly. I was contacted when service was complete and Check out was simple. Derrick, my service advisor, was helpful and clear in the steps that were going to take place
I came and look at a SUV Clay let me look and drive no pressure at all I came back the next day and bought it
Al was absolutely FANTASTIC! He listened to my questions, accommodated my request, was very knowledgeable about the QX60, and laughed at my jokes. Would definitely recommend him to others and call on him for our next Infiniti purchase!
Trevor was great! Loaner car was quick and efficient to get. The gentleman that checked me in and got my car at pick up was so courteous and efficient. I do not know his name.
