I had a good experience Troy Dunn was able to take care of my vehicle, provide my loaner vehicle and complete the service in a timely fashion.
I showed up on a Friday about 30 minutes before they were gonna close with a flat tire. The service advisor, Robert that I received was amazing. He made sure to get my car taken care of and get me back on the road before they closed.
Bryan Bannister and Dustin were extremely courteous, helpful, prompt and trustworthy. We had a lot of service work performed and Bryan kept us well informed of the timing, diagnosis and costs. Very much appreciate that Crest provides loaner vehicles. This is a huge benefit for extended service and is why we always trust and use Crest for all of our maintenance needs.
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Crest Infiniti and will be the only dealership I would continue to repeat. Service is exceptional and quick.
I arrived at 5:15 PM needing an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted immediately and assured they could take care of the problem. Very courteous and professional.
