After buying my cars at Sewell for the past 12 years, I tried to buy one from them again and they did not engage positively with me as they had in the past and that is how I ended up at Crest. I have relocated to Kansas City and the experience with the Crest team was a 10 out of 10. Crest infinity was very nice facility. The buying experience was easy. The wait was a little long to get to finance though.. the only complaint I had was that the vehicle only came with one key and I didn’t find that out until was handed my key before leaving the dealership. Now I have to spend $500 to get another key.
