Very pleased with the Crest Infiniti Service Center. My warranty repairs were completed quickly and accurately. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. James Luke was great to work with!
I came in without an appointment after my vehicle lost power on the tollway. I was quite nervous about it, and Robert immediately took my car in and got me a loaner and sent me on my way. I really appreciate his prompt attention.

Very easy service experience, made a last minute same day reservation and got in quickly. Some additional concerns were found on inspection that were addressed and got the car back at a reasonable time.

I made the appointment online, get ready, I was met by Tony when I arrived, he verified my request, he said it should be complete in 3 hrs, he contacted me when additional items were recommended, once approved they were still able to complete the work in 3 hours.
