Rob Simmonds sent an e-mail in response to mine, Mr. Brosin touched base to be sure I had received what I needed, Miles Means setup my appointment and introduced me to David Whyte. I had a wonderful experience with my car purchase at the Infiniti Frisco. My sales person was David and he was very kind and helpful. He made me feel comfortable with my purchase and never rushed. He took care of the entire transaction in less that two hours and I left a very happy customer. Thank you David@

Very nice, friendly and kind. They really helped me out. The cost was really a good deal. Every one who helped me. Big shot out to The Finance lady and Al and the sale manager. If you need a aar go to there you will leave happy with the purchase u make.

From the moment I entered the Service area -- first class service! The customer experience was top notch. My issue wasn't a serious one, but the team treated it like it was the only one. I opted to hang around and wait, and the staff seemed to enjoy going out of their way to make sure all was good with me. They even arranged for me to use a small office so I could take a business conference call. Excellent service!!

Randy greeted me immediately when I exited my vehicle. He was very nice and assured me that I would be able to get a loaner vehicle and that I would be in good hands with Tony. Tony politely greeted me and we went over the service needs of my vehicle. He then took me to Dustin.
