Tony was great about keeping me informed about the status of my repair and talking through the proposed work! He was friendly and let me know quickly when my car would be ready. He was a pleasure to work with and made a task that is usually a chore much more pleasant!

The service provider worked with me to find a replacement part that was not available from Infiniti. I was disappointed that the part was not available from Infiniti for a 14 year old car. But the issue is resolved.
