Whitney was amazing! She assisted me right away and treated me with the utmost respect. I will 100% recommend coming to Infiniti just for her amazing customer service alone. I was able to test drive multiple cars until I found the one I truly felt comfortable in. She gave me a tour of the facility and consistently checked on me throughout the process. Please give her a pay raise (at least 30%), a bonus, extra vacation time and employee of the month (parking space included). She deserves it!
From the initial contact until the last Whitney was nice, calming, knowledgeable and so very helpful! I give her 1000 stars! I highly recommend her and hope she's there when it's time for my next Infiniti vehicle!
