It's never fun having a car 'issue' hit you on a Monday morning, just after coming come from a vacation. So learning I had a DOA battery in my nearly 4.5 yr old QX 50 .. well... thankfully Troy Dunn of Crest Infiniti takes EXCELLENT care of me. Once the logistics were worked out, my car was jump-started, I drove straight to the dealership and my battery was replaced under warranty. It took a few hours but, grateful for the service Troy, Crest & MPP provided!

Robert Moler was an exemplary example of what Infinity should be like. He was very professional and yet a true businessman looking out for the company. Randy his Manager was so very helpful in getting the work done and talking to the company about the situation at hand. Outstanding is an understatement with these two gentlemen!!
