Our salesman was very kind and personable upon greeting and throughout the journey at the dealership. It is great working with someone that is happy to be working. He was willing to assist in finding the best vehicle for our family. The owner was so kind as well, we appreciate his generosity. We met the service manager, he was great! We initially checked with an Infiniti dealership in Grapevine. They did not have the vehicle in stock that we wanted. We contacted Crest by email. Perla responded quickly to our inquiry and informed us that the vehicle we wanted was in stock and gave us quotes on two vehicles. We told her that we would be at the dealership in an hour.
