First-time visit and will return for future service needs. They performed the requested services and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. My service advisor Jarryd was very knowledgeable and kept me informed while I waited. I will ask for him next time I visit.

I my experience the service department dropped the ball. They should have had all the information about the part I requested well before my arrival so that they were prepared to complete the service in a reasonable amount of time.
