Scheduled oil change with Crest Infiniti. Very pleasant on the phone reservation. Upon entering the bay area, we waited 18 minutes for contact with our rep, Troy Dunn. There was a lag time when he was notified and when we met. I had him paged at the service desk. He explained that he had to lower the volume on his device while he was with a customer and missed the notification. Once on the scene, he did an outstanding job keeping us informed with updates.
