Had an oil leak and took it in to have diagnosed. Was stressed as we were flying in 3 days and preferred to have the car to go to DFW. Lyn, said he would see what he could do and communicated that it was a cracked oil cap and all it needed was that and an oil change. 24 hours later (yesterday) we had the car back. Got shuttled to and from Crest so it was excellent service. Always a great experience for us at Crest. Thanks Lyn!

Always professional, friendly, and personalized. Very good service, can’t stress that enough. My husband uses Crest Infinity, it is literally the building next door. He does not have the same level of service, at all. We both appreciate how well the Crest Volvo remarks t is run. The service advisors have been there a while and that surely says something about their management. My advisor, Lyn, is top notch and makes me feel like my service is what he would suggest for his own family.
