The service representative was helpful and polite. As far as the dealership was concerned I was surprised at the delay in getting a minor issue repaired. I went in on a Tuesday was asked to comeback the next Thursday. Then picked my car up at 4 on Friday. I was pleased with the result. However 10 days total was a stretch.

purchasing a Volvo from crest Volvo was a great experience. Our sales salesman, Greg Bryan was very patient and easy to work with.
