My overall experience was fantastic… Fabian was very efficient, friendly and extremely professional. This is my first experience with Crest and I must say, I am quite impressed. Every interaction with the staff at Creat was remarkable. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and offered to help in anyway they could. The company has done a wonderful job with its team, both in service and in Sales. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

All staff are great . I had a great experience with the team at this dealership. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me to fix my vehicle. Every team member I interacted with was knowledgeable, patient, and transparent .

Had another issue with my CPO 2024 XC90 I purchased from Crest in December. They were quick to provide a loaner, get it fixed, cleaned and back to me straight away. No questions asked !!

The Service was excellent, Mark answerd all my questions and I have few things to provide feedback on the vehicle. First - Post software upgrade the look and feel of the display is good, but the Automatic cameras are not working as expected when i drive into parking lot its not defecting and showing the camera most of the time. i have to do it manually every time when i park the vehicle. Hi-Ally's attention and service to detail was great while my vehicle was being repaired! And further, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle on a Saturday, after the service area had closed, the staff was so kind to bring my car around regardless. They went out of their way to help and I am grateful for their generosity. I am not sure of the names of who brought my car up but they were fantastic and super friendly considering they had to step out of their lane to help.
