Hoping this is a one time issue, but there weren't clear communications about timelines from when car was queued for service, updates on the inspection, and when the car would be ready. Service representative should have reached out more often to provide updates either via text or phone call.

Absolutely no issue with car drop off. .. appointment scheduling, and pickup.. Even what is required is available on a message from the diagnosis. Lynn Ford is an excellent person, who would go an extra mile to address the problem. I being out if state he made sure I had the car on time.
