The visit was for state inspection. It was timely and no-fuss. Service advisor is knowledgeable.
I’m only giving the service dept. a 5 because of Bryce. Had he not provided excellent service, I would have rated them a 4. The work was as expected but whoever completed my oil change forgot to turn off the message that says it’s time for an oil change. It costs me money on the tollway to get to Crest so I guess I’ll have to deal with the message every time I turn on my car until the next oil change in a year.
Scheduling is easy, the loaner process is smooth and effortless. Nice coffee station but needs more matcha lattes, great snacks clean showroom
Lyn is wonderful! He was helpful, communicative, and didn’t keep my car a moment longer than necessary. He’s thoughtful about the little things - he even made sure my water bottle was filled before I left. Excellent service all around!

Excellent experience. We were treated very well. Crest had already arranged for a Loaner Vehicle, just in case the issue with my car would take a little time. Bryce immediately found two problems, so Brian whisked us away in the Loaner. It was great because we live an hour and a half to two hours away. Bryce kept me informed and then he called to let me know my car was ready. Thank you to the entire Crest team.
Jordan couldn’t fix the issue on the phone, so he had the car towed in. Had to wait a day due to heavy load in the shop, but then fixed with a software download. Car back, cleaned and washed as well. Well done.
