The service representative was helpful and polite. As far as the dealership was concerned I was surprised at the delay in getting a minor issue repaired. I went in on a Tuesday was asked to comeback the next Thursday. Then picked my car up at 4 on Friday. I was pleased with the result. However 10 days total was a stretch.

Mark made it easy for a warranty repair. I trusted him to take care of my daughter when she drove to the service center by herself after our part came in. She was in and out in an hour.

purchasing a Volvo from crest Volvo was a great experience. Our sales salesman, Greg Bryan was very patient and easy to work with. I needed to get the corporate car brought in for routine service and they were able to get me in quickly, and I was able to sit in their waiting room and get work done on my computer while I waited. It was very easy and convenient.
