Ally was great. However, the plugin battery problem is not resolved. Even though I was an early adopter of the new XC60 plugin in 2018, and paid a heavy premium, I will not recommend, Volvo EVs because the plugin battery is almost useless after 3 years. Volvo wont replace the battery pack!! They keep the car for diagnosis and charge for software upgrades but nothing is resolved. The hybird warranty is a joke. Very disappointed (not with the service people or dealership), with Volvo EVs.

Tied to pull fast ones during the initial discussions of purchasing car. Had $1800 listed as an option in the price breakdown and when I told them I didn’t want that option (tint, paint protection, etc.) they said it was already on the car so I had to pay it when it actually wasn’t. After back and forth they said they could do without it. Typical saws tactic that allows them to screw people over. Andrew was great! Sad we couldn’t make a deal due to the finance people but he was awesome to work with. Would definitely come back to him next time.

BIG privacy issue at this dealership, my financial paperwork was sent to a wrong email address despite asking it to be updated by three different people from three different departments. They each confirmed the email was changed and then my finance paperwork was sent to the email address that is my ex setup when he worked there. I contacted the dealership and they pointed fingers at each other at who was at fault and I have yet to receive a call from the GM despite lodging a formal complaint with Volvo directly.

I just purchased my car a month ago and I had issues with my brakes. I took it back and the car isn’t still right. They then called me and told me the brakes look good and they lubed and cleaned my hardware only to get to the dealers to find out it wasn’t done. If I could give a negative rating I would!!!

After stopping at the dealership on Saturday I felt like I was profiled by some of the sales people. At least 4 sales associate walked by me and my group before anyone greeted us. My sales person came and greeted us and asked if we needed any help.

UPDATE: The dealer principal, Jason, got involved after this review was posted and immediately offered to purchase the vehicle back with no questions asked. I purchased a sign unseen 2021 Certified Pre-Owned XC90 From Crest. I wired the cash, and arranged to pick the car up ONE WEEK after I paid, because I live 3 hours away. I booked a $150 ride to Frisco. Upon pickup I noticed the car wasn't detailed. I was shocked, but didn't have time to wait for them to clean anything. The service on my Volvo V60 was excellent. However the cost to do service at a Volvo dealer ship costs an arm and a leg. The after market parts pricing must be 2 to 4 times the OEM price.

I purchased a 2018 Volvo S90 from Crest Volvo in 2018. Every time it rained, water entered the passenger footwell. I took the car in every year to have the issue resolved. For the first year, they could not replicate the issue. While Crest spent many dollars trying to fix the issue, water continued to enter the car. To make matters worse, when the car was last delivered to me, the dirty rubber mats were tossed in the car half on the seats and half on the floor.
