The entire experience was great, I was able to schedule for the next day, I was promptly greeted by Mark when I arrived, a shuttle was available as soon as I was done checking in. When I came to pick up, the car was cleaned and washed. Everything was great.

My overall shopping experience was great. My salesperson Brandon did an awesome job. From greeting me early that morning, until the closing process was completed. Although my purchase did not go 100% without a hitch, my sales person as well as the sales manager (Jorge) assured me that everything would get squared away and offered solutions to my issues and not just excuses.
