Service was great, easy to schedule and had loaner car available. Car was beautifully clean inside and out when I picked it up. Thank you! About loaner cars, how about all electric options for those of us who drive only electric cars? I haven’t bought gas in over 3 years and I don’t want to start paying for gas just for a loaner. When I picked up the hybrid loaner it only had 3 miles left on the charge despite seeing a charger hanging in the service bay. I’m disappointed about the increase on the car service. I just learned that the next big service for my car will be $900. That’s not possible.. with my old Volvo I used to pay top $400 for a car service and the difference is four years.
