I’m new to Frisco so had to change my care service, care, maintenance location. I didn’t think I would be as happy with anyone as I was with Autobaun in Fort Worth. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. From scheduling all the way to completion and pick up (delivery to my house), I was very pleased and made to feel like a valued customer.

Mark was great! He was finally (I hope) to figure out the problem with my vehicle. The key fob has been as issue since purchasing the vehicle on locking, unlocking and even starting the vehicle. I have had it in four times, maybe even five, and it has never been fixed. I’ve had it for only two days now but it seems to working great. The last time I brought it in I was told the manager didn’t want to,”throw parts at it.” But I told them if that’s what it takes then fix it!
