Every person I talked to at the dealership were really welcoming and friendly. Barry Pinlac my sales guy was not only welcoming and friendly but also knowledgeable, direct and transparent throughout the whole process. I do not know who Jeremi Chapman is, Caden Leggett sold us the car. He was personable, knowledgeable and not pushy. Max was also great to work with, he had the service fix a couple dings on our 2019 Volvo we are passing to our daughter. Caden gave me Ally's card to set up service for dings but she did not return my call.

Crest had taken care of my Volvo since it was new 2011. They don’t make this S40 T5 anymore so we jointly love keeping it in good shape.

Bryce was great, but there were issues with service and they keep causing issues with the tires when they don’t air them up to the specs on the tire.
