I service my Volvo car for almost 4 years now at Volvo Crest in Plano. When I call to make an appointment, Ally is always so professional and hands on! They offer a loan car , or you can wait while the car is getting fixed or maintenance done. Great service! I will recommend it to anyone!

Good experience during the sale. Salesperson was knowledgeable and patient. I did my own financing and stood strong against the high pressure "add ons" which is now standard at every dealership. My only complaint is service after the sale. Maintanance service, by luxury brand standards, is below expectations. Unless you wait onsite it can take several days to have service completed.
