Everything from start to finish was easy and well done. All Service providers I encountered were all outstanding.
No loaner car is ever available when I do service with you all, I was overcharged $60 at first however that was corrected. The car wash only did the outside of car not one thing done inside, not even on driver’s side. Volvo dealership prices are highly inflated and services diminished versus going outside of dealership for oil change and cost of the battery. Felt a better discount on extended warranty should have given. Negotiated but felt it should have been the 100k mileage warranty for the 75k amount. I purchased 3 of your extended items and felt Finance was not real flexible. Maybe it was because we paid cash for the car ??
