Consistently feel as if I am not getting the fully story. My salesperson told me the package I purchased for my brand new Volvo contained services that I am told are not included. Tina is lovely.

The process is really easy from start to finish. They let me know what was needed and was able to finish within a few hours and the payment process was super easy I could do it by phone so that way whenever I'm ready I can just grab the keys and go
