Jasmine was very pleasant and did a nice job as a service writer. She helped to track down some extended warranty detail which I appreciated. The car was in for a check engine light and it took 5 days to repair a bad oil pressure sensor. Got a loaner which was nice but it comes with restrictions. Updates lacked on progress during the visit. Frustrating. Dealer charges 2% for credit cards. While this is a trend, should a premium dealer be doing this? I say “no” as it feels cheap.
