Chris was awesome. Came round within the hour and removed the animal quickly. Very professional and excellent customer service.
Very happy with my experience. With the recent storms I heard some scratching noises in my attic. Called Critter Control and Rob was out within the next few days to confirm that I had wood rats and after his inspection to show me where they were entering my attic. Robert also provided me with a written estimate (and pictures) of the repairs they suggested not only in the attic but in a few other places he recommended as well. The house we've rented for several years was invaded by several somethings skittering around the attic. I freaked out and called the landlord. He contacted Critter Control. Robert came out, set traps in the attic and crawl space. He also confirmed we had rats and explained what the process would be. It's not a one time event. Some are sneakier than others. He came back until they were all gone and reassured me along the way. I know we're done now. My dog is more relaxed than she's been in days. Robert really knows his stuff.
GREAT!!! I can't express enough my gratitude! Steve was top notch! He was knowledgeable, patient with our questions, listened to our concerns and explained the whole process. He followed up with each service and was not pushy with the services they offered. This company is legit and I would recommend to friends and family in a heart beat!
Just a thank you note to CritterControl/Chis Roberts. He made a telephone suggestion regarding removal of a trapped squirrel in an upstairs bedroom that worked quickly and humanely - I opened an upstairs window and removed screen - squirrel eventually jumped out. Saved me $100-$200. If this is indicative of how he does business, I don't see how you could go wrong dealing with him. I know that I will contact him in the event of a future problem.
These guys are really great!! They have been helping us for three years before re-roofing. They are polite, punctual and with a lot of experience. I recommend Mike in particular!
We had another roof rat issue and critter control came back many months later, honoring the warranty and being very diligent. Really impressed with their professionalism, thoroughness and friendliness!
The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars (yet), is because we are not +quite+ there yet in terms of complete rat eradication, however Critter and Control, and namely Steve Meinecke, deserve a rooftop shout-out right now for having made major inroads. Steve is completely professional, enthusiastic and a pleasure to work with. Gotta give these guys a good review for their hard work! For 6 years I had been battling rodents in my attic catching them on my own, and I even bought my own rat electrocution chamber which actually caught me a couple... but 2 years ago I finally gave up because it was endless, rats were somehow getting into my attic and I wasn't about to search every crevice in my attic for a hole.
