Couldn't be happier with the service we received from Critter Control. In particular, David was an outstanding service technician. He returned numerous times to fix our rodent problem and no request was too much trouble for him. This business is prompt, courteous and efficient.
Called Critter Control for some rats that got into our home structure. David, the tech, was very professional. He surveyed our home, identified access points and set traps in our attic and under our house. Then after a week or 2, and trapping just one, (he said rats are smart and sometimes just "move on" when disturbed), he sealed all the access points. I found them on Yelp and Nextdoor after great reviews!! We discovered a ton of baby mice in our garage after all the rains! Our cat caught the first one and then suddenly we kept seeing them in the garage! We had a giant whole in a wall filled in the garage they had been nesting in. We also put in a new dryer rodent cover but I was worried may have gone up to the attic or walls so it was time for Critter Control. Very pleased with this company's service. Robert F was our technician and he was thorough, honest, reliable and overall great.
I should have called Critter Control first! We were still catching rodents in the traps in the crawl space and we couldn't figure out how they were getting in. I worked with Steve M who is extremely thorough and knowledgeable and identified holes in both the foundation vents and gaps in the roof overlaps that the other companies missed. I was also extremely impressed in the proofing job, Steve worked with extreme precision and attention to detail. Super high quality work.
I'm very happy I used this company and won't hesitate to use them again if I have future problems. Critter Control is extremely methodical and professional. They came three times. Really happy with service. They have solved our rat problem by sealing up entry points that previous home owner neglected. We worked specifically with Robert F and would recommend him highly- very thorough, knowledgeable and honest. Well worth price and stand behind their work too. Five stars, no doubt.
