Critter Control did an amazing job of capturing and removing the skunks who had moved in under my deck. They also helped me understand my options for future prevention which have worked well. Recommended them to several of my neighbors as the skunks move around the neighborhood unless captured and removed. Chris, Steve and Luis are all top professionals and they are absolutely awesome at what they do!

I highly recommend Luis from Critter Control for taking care of any pest problems within your home. Luis was on time (actually, a few minutes early) for the initial site review. He produced a thorough report, which he stepped through with me in detail to discuss possible remedy. One week later, Luis was again prompt and thorough in his follow up inspection. Robert F. was our guy as well as our neighbor, to whom we referred Critter Control. Very efficient, knowledgeable and kind. Even called before coming early! Love that. Felt he was thorough and left us feeling all was well, sealed up and that the problem was resolved. One less thing to worry about in home ownership.

This is the second time I've used Critter Control to remove rodents from under my house. They are prompt, courteous and work really hard to rectify the issues found. This time we had digging under the foundation that wasn't ending with trapping rats (which we thought were causing the issue). Mike H brought a wildlife camera out and determined that rabbits were doing the digging. Luis inspected our home and identified all the areas where the rats were getting in. He repaired all these sites, and trapped and removed all the rats, which were found living in the attic and crawlspace. He was timely, reliable and friendly, and took time to answer questions. I am very happy with this company, and I would highly recommend Luis.

We're in the middle of dealing with rats on our property, and I wanted to post this review because Luis has been doing an extremely professional job. He's experienced, knowledgable, prompt and thorough. He takes the time to explain why he's taking certain steps to get our situation under control, and he's always working to get the best outcome for us. We aren't done yet, but so far, we're in good hands with Luis.

I found Critter Control via Yelp's Request a Quote. Critter Control was very quick to respond AND recommended that I try a few (free) techniques (of dissuading squirrels from invading my wife's garden) prior to hiring Critter Control for professional intervention. Imagine that -- free advice! I truly appreciated Critter Control and will be sure to hire them for future critter control needs!

Couldn't have asked for better or more professional service. Steve was very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Always received an email reminder of upcoming appointment, after-appointment summary of service. On time or a call if going to be a couple of minutes behind schedule. Great customer service.
