Finally posting this after weeks of telling my friends, family and co-workers where to go when they need help with pesky critters. Luis came to our home in October to do an assessment. He was on time and highly knowledgable. He did a thorough investigation and pointed out all evidence of critters, in our case rats and unknown to us, raccoons. Steve is the best!! We have used them a couple times and he will always find the place critters are getting in and seal it off...not just throw poison at the problem. He's really knowledgeable!

Steve, the rat killer, gave excellent service. Great communication, very punctual, quality repairs to rat entry points. And Steve gave me great advice about keeping my house rat free. Highly recommended.

Robert was our tech. On time, friendly, detailed explanation of the process to eliminate the rat problem. Follow up inspections and suggestions for access repair were detailed. He showed us the pictures of where repairs were needed and completed this in a neat fashion. His last trip, hopefully, was an hour ago, empty traps. YES!!!! He's a good man, comes with my full recommendation for him and the company.

Adjectives that come to mind: Professional, thorough, considerate, caring, clear, informative, fair, reasonable. Steve M. made a stressful situation not seem so over-whelming for us as landlords living out of town and the tenants. We live in an urban forest so rodents are always a challenge and he buttoned down the structures and followed up when there was an issue at no charge under the warrant a few times to ensure that there was no further problem. We have used Critter Control for a number of years now at multiple locations for various critter related problems. Steve M. at Critter Control is just awesome! On time appointments, very clear communication in terms of time and cost, and overall a very helpful guy! Does a very thorough job no matter how messy it is. Steve is also very good at coming up with innovative solutions to keep the critters out. Highly recommend them!

I just called and asked if they exterminate fleas, she didn't Know!!! And had to go ask..came back and said no...only larger animals..so since I have been overrun by feral cats, I asked if they handle cats, ( due to a tenant feeding them) And She Hung Up on Me!!!!! Wow!! Good luck getting business!!!! That woman answering the phones needs to be evaluated!! , I rate them 0 stars but since I can't post review w/o a rating, I will have to give them one star.

These guys are absolutely GREAT. They helped us rid our property in Willow Glen of 12 (count 'em . . . TWELVE) skunks. Critter Control always, always responds to calls, and the guys just keep coming back until the job is complete. I am really pleased with their responsiveness, customer service, and varmint catching expertise. Just so you know - catching skunks, raccoons, possums, rats, mice, etc. is a PROCESS. The telephone was answered immediately by Chris. He listend patiently to our problem and than informed me that they would not do outside rodent. He was very helpful and gave as a referral. Thank you for the professional response.
