I hired Critter Control to fix a job that I originally hired Attic Bros to do. Steven D was my technician and he was very courteous and professional. After the fiasco I had with Attic Bros this was a much welcomed relief. Every appointment was on time and at the end of each appointment, follow up appointments were made ahead of time, to ensure that I had a time slot for follow- up care. Critter Control exceeded my expectations with their great service. The attitude of each of the men that were sent out was excellent and it was obvious they were all trained and educated in their field. All in all a very painless experience.
Very responsive, super nice and easy to work with! We had a deer run into our fence and die instantly in our yard. Steve came to our home with a few hours and took the deer away.
Steve D. was top-notch -- friendly and thorough. Photos included in e-mail from inspection are a helpful detail. Entirely satisfied with the CC 3-week program of 1. inspect/set-traps; 2. return weekly over next 2 weeks to check traps; 3. having established house is clean, seal off all entry points.

Robert Furtado and the other Critter Control Technicians were very attentive to my need to get the five squirrels nesting in my chimney out and away from my property in a timely manner before the start of my overseas vacation trip. He throughly inspected the entire house looking for any possible entry points for critters to get into my house from the roof, attic vents and eaves to the crawl space vent openings and found three areas on the roof that he plugged. These guys are good. I live in Saratoga, and rats travel over the trees in neighbors and we have a lot of trees. Robert Furtado (technician) was always on time and did a great inspection and sent me all photos on problematic areas. After repair was done, he sent a new set of photos to compare before and after the fix. BTW he got 3 rats on the attic and 2 rats in my garage. They do the job right. I highly recommend Critter Control.
I had Mike come and remove a skunk from under my step in the backyard he is very knowledgeable did such a good job and i enjoyed his time here to make sure the job got done right A real gentleman I would have them come and do work for me to get rid of any critters anytime thank you Mike
