We have called Critter Control to help us with our rat problem. They were very professional, courteous, always showed up on time for the appointments. We have not had any rats since these guys took care of the problem. Highly recommend!
Critter Control did a great job in fixing our rat problem. Luis came out and did a thorough inspection with follow-up appointments to do all the repairs needed and to fix the rat problem. Robert came to my home several times to help eliminate a rat situation in the crawlspace. He was prompt - even early, with a call to make sure we were home - and was patient with my questions. He photographed the areas where the rats were gaining access, explained everything, then returned and completed the repairs. He also fit in an unscheduled visit to remove some trapped rats, rather than making me wait. While I hope not to need them, I would happily use Critter Control again in the future.
We were experiencing mice in our house, and Steve was able to find the point of entry. Steve was very friendly / professional and showed up right on time. I would use this company again and again!

Worked with Critter Control over this last month to deal with a skunk problem that emerged after my dog came in one night after getting sprayed. They match their 5-star reputation easily in a few ways: 1) Easy to communicate with over technology - Yelp messaging platform, Email, etc. 2) Handily spend time offering advice to deal with issue even if it meant they might not have gotten the job to actually come out here. They came on a Sunday. They also came daily to empty traps. The entire team was polite and accommodating. I wish I could notify them of trapped animals by text. They require you to place a phone call . Ha.
I didn't end up using this company, because what I thought was raccoon damage turned out to be caused by gophers, which Critter Control doesn't handle. Still I was impressed with how fast this company got back to me, and even after they suspected based on my description that gophers were the cause, they asked me to send over pictures so they could help me confirm for sure. From my limited interaction I could tell this is a good company to work with.
These guys are fantastic. A construction contractor doing work on our house had removed part of our deck, leaving access for animals to our entire crawl space. We didn't realize it until one of our security cameras picked up an entire family of raccoons emerging from under our house. I called 3 or 4 pest control companies from Yelp.
