The people were nice and very professional and the service was fast and explained in detail
My last appointment on 12/6/22 my script failed to send to my pharmacy and when I called this morning 12/7/22 the receptionist told it could take up to 48 hours before it’s corrected this is unacceptable and now i get to suffer detoxifying from my medication very pissed off at this experience

I’ve been going to Clayton Ave office for a very long time for the last 6 months every month I go it’s always different staff! Not only that the doctor Darleen she is never on time with her appointments the wait time is a hour or more and the staff is getting worse by the means of likeness, my last visit they where very rude and ignorant! I’m not sure what the problem is but it’s getting to the point to not go anymore! I’m give it one more time if it’s no better I’m switching offices!

i have an appointment tomorrow morning 11/20/2022 but so far making an appointment is not easy if you don't have a car and you're disabled like myself, no thanks to the Kensington office always giving me a difficult time. just this past week i waited 21/2 hours for a doctor appointment via zoom. No response.

Dr. Lisa was not a good listener as a matter of fact she ignored me when i told her about me having a real hard time walking and she ignored me when i told her myself and my family were under a hardship, she did not care. She only gave me a weeks worth and that's it.

my complaint is that I waited 2 1/2 hours for a doctor to come on via zoom. when I was able to talk to a doctor it was the following day and I had a horrible experience with the Doctor Who only gave me one weeks worth of suboxones. she said I needed a toxicology screen which my track record is excellent the toxicology so all she had to do was look that up on her computer which would've probably taken her off all of a minute but she didn't and she gave me one weeks worth she wasn't a very nice doctor nor was she professional ... read more
