Most of the staff treat you like it's a jail or court ordered type shit. Instead of getting the feeling they want to help you.

It wasn't what I was looking for in a therapist or a doctor she was very rude and talked to her patients as if she knew everything and everything had to go her way or no way. She wasn't even willing to take in the patience considerations on their life or what they had going on with their needs or their considerations on how they do things with their life.

Zero percent I like about the place. The doctors are sexiest and they give the men piss tests while us women get mouth swabs. Watched it with my own eyes. The doctor is rude she will sit there and talk behind ur back and not think a thing of it. While ur suppose to be on zoom she sits there like yyou cant hear her talking to the other workers. I went in and my counselor Kristen Shultz was gone and nobody seemed to know where she went but I will say this u need to remember what it was that got u to where u r today it wasn’t money as u might think no it was the people. without good people to run the show idc how much money u got u can’t run a business this big by yourself. I just had a total hip replacement surgery. I am being punished for failing a drug screen. I have done nothing nor taken anything that wasn't on my doctors lust of medications and have given clean drug screens since I have been at this establishment. I feel very wronged and if you want to know what a TRIGGER is....its being punished unfairly for something you haven't done!!!!! I am taking this to State if this situation is not cleared up this week.

I went there the first day in full blown withdrawals ,l hadn’t slept longer than 20 minutes a night.Basically a mess and since I work for myself my business was beginning to feel the impact but I was there for my intake and I had to come back because the Dr wasn’t there,that’s the only hiccup I had and I will never say anything to anyone but you guys because I have been going 159days I have never had a dirty urine screen and I really like the program..

Ok for starters I’ve been going there about 3 yrs and I have had so bn many different counselors and when I start CB with a new counselor I feel like I’m starting at the b beginning of the program all over again because I have to start at the beginning of my addiction and explain everything all over again to every new counselor. Also today is Friday and last Friday I ask for a copy of my last tb test and I was bn told that I would have to see my counselor on Monday to sign a release form to get my tb test results for me to ... read more
