I have been a patient here for over a year. When the pandemic hit I was switched to telehealth appts like most members. Several months in I was told that I would have to come into the ofc for a visit for a mandatory drug test/mouth swab, which I am happy to do. Unfortunately, however, this comes at a time when the country and out area is seeing COVID-19 infection spikes that are unprecedented. I explained during several calls to the staff that because I have a rare blood disorder (compromised immune system) I didn’t feel com... read more

It’s just getting longer and longer a wait each month.. I’ve been coming for years and just lost tenncare after having it for years. Now that my husband makes more money we don’t have it anymore and was only able to use the tenn care insurance for one month. Now my husband and I have Aetna through his work- I can’t use it.. the state is cutting the medicine available so now I feel like I’m paying a lot more for less as well. I know the doctor can’t control the state or federal laws but then I would think you could either tr... read more

Entrance Staff were very unhelpful, If I’m waiting on them no big deal, if I’m waiting on something else, their not aware of, a paper from the Grant Coordinator was an example, I’m asked to leave because I’d dosed, yet I was asked to wait while This form was printed for me, I left as, I was very uncomfortable until speaking with a counselor and nursing staff, they were great. The initial Entrance Experience is very overwhelming as someone is yelling at the front door calling for intakes, so we are definitely singled out, as ... read more

Worst experience ever. Every time there is an appointment scheduled it never works. The link never gets to my text messages and if it does it only comes up to give you a review then when I call they want to schedule an appointment at a clinic 2 hours each way away from my home. So I’ve never actually seen the doctor so obviously I can’t give you a good review

I have always had good experiences with Crossroads, but I recently had an appt and the wrong script was sent to the pharmacy, I then called crossroads to have it switched and the representative told me she was going to sent a note to the script dept who handled these issues, the next evening I went to get my script and it still wasn't fixed, so again I called crossroads and was told they would send another note to script dept and that it would be handled by 6pm that night. My pharmacy was closed so I had to wait till the nex... read more
