I don’t like u have to get a money order to pay them, when I first started going there cash or credit was fine. And the last couple of months you don’t see a Dr. in person it’s over zoom and I’d rather see a Dr. in person. The other negative is you will be there about 3 hours or longer. I try to get my appointment at the end of the day so they will not take as long.
The nurses are the most judgemental people I've ever seen in a drs office

The only doctor I really like over there is Doctor sapiro he actually listens and seems to care about people he's not just there to get a check

I sat and waited for over an hour at the office for my appointment to see the doctor.
My doctor, Vasil, was to give me a full month or close to it script, I picked up my script for eleven days and then got an appointment reminder for eleven days and I’m not happy about it. I called in and nobody seemed to be able to do anything even though I’ve done my 4 drug tests in a row and I had a false positive that I proved by my doctor that sent paperwork, telling that this medication could cause false positives. It’s awful I was supposed to have got my medicine today.but did not multiple people said it was sent to Pharmacy at Food City Dandridge Tennessee Highway 25/70 that meets Highway 92 . I don’t understand was supposed to have had my medicine yesterday.
