Very disappointed my other reply was erased you may contact me if you wish the doctor was hard to understand she was all disheveled bags under her eyes hair not combed she was not empathetic of my problem I could go on but I won’t I’ve made another appointment for the 19th I believe in this clinic it’s helped me very much I am in need of the clinic I’ll just have to see what happens on the 19th Thanks for listening Dale B.

Much more organized than before, in the past you would register people by who ever was standing in line, and not by appointment time. Previously, people may had an appointment for the afternoon but would be line-up at the door first thing in the a m., pushing a m appointments back by hours sometime. Very glad you are registering people by appointment time and NOT by who ever got line early. I think you are heading in the right direction, keep up with the improvements. Some people do take notice and do appreciate it.

I feel neglected because if theres a mistake i cant call the office or if im running late it would be nice if the pharmacists at least could get dr murphy directly, ive been getting into trouble because i sometimes, in the past, have failed to pickup my prescription on the proper date, so now the pharmacy adds wai time to me weather theyre paid for or not, bit if the doctor faxes the wrong prescription it takes at least 24 hours to get it sorted, im just frustrated becuase i get the blame, so i slept in a chair at the pharma... read more

So on my intake day I asked the counselor to walk to my car to get my DIABETES PEN. But now I’m being told that because I have diabetes I peeed dirty for alcohol. I never drink!!! I told them up front what meds and how much . So now I’m being treated like I I drink. Breath alyzer everyday for 13 days. and can’t level up. This is wrong. Now I have to be sick.

My experience up till today has been wonderful. But as of about 45 minutes ago I have totally changed my whole view on what ARS and they are associates that answer phones and take care of people’s appointment issues and TeleMed appointment issues as well as possibly even the doctor fully make my experience hell my recorded phone calls need to be reviewed And actions absolutely need to be taken against the woman from the Altoona location that was on my Tele visit appointment with a doctor that I’ve never even spoke to you bef... read more

I love the staff especially my counselor Tara Clifford!! She is the absolute best !! The rest of the staff are great as well and they really care about their clients including myself and my husband since we both are clients at crossroads ..
