Everybody has allways bin kind to me there..the one problem im having Suboxone does not seem to be taking away cravings ..i am becoming more and more worried about it..i relapsed a couple months ago after being clean for a year...im just very worried

The people at the contact center are always nice, but the fact that there's no way to contact the offices directly is a HUGE pain!! The contact center basically acts like the middle man sending messages back and forth between the patients and the offices and it can cause communication issues at times!! For example, i had to wait for someone to contact me back, and the women at the contact center told me that either she or the office will contact me and i waited over an hour and called back and she asked me if they contacted ... read more

Unfortunately there is no therapy and that is not a plus. Also the doctors are not working with me since I started there, knowing that I wanted to one day get off of it. They keep tossing me from one doctor to the other and not understanding that I need to get off of it completely. Every month the amount of prescribed medication decreases. At first, it was 30 days; then 28 days; and now it’s at 27 days. A typical prescription is 30 days to allow for “things” that come up that cause patients to have to reschedule to have some leeway - some of us actually have to work for a living. At one point, Crossroads tried to have patients pay for a month (4 weeks), yet only prescribe 3 weeks of medication and then come back after 3 weeks to get a prescription for 1 week, then come back again in one week for the... read more

Where are the real people that review your facility in Louisville Kentucky is what I want to know the patients that actually have been treated there because I sure didn't have a good experience at crossroads ...thankfully center for behavioral health is taking medicaid now and I know a bunch of your patients are expatience are thankful as well because I'm seeing tons of my old crossroad people at center for behavioral health, how many people have y'all lost since they started taking medicaid? you guys must be doing somethin... read more

I had a Tele appointment for 10:05 am on sat no one ever contacted me or open up zoom to let me in on my appointment so I’m not going by to be using crossroads anymore

I've been in quarantine and sick with pneumonia for the last 17 days. And was getting scolded like a child and an attitude about no have a therapy session that week.
