I had a tele-doc appointment scheduled for 9am. I live right around the corner from the Feasterville office and decided to go there because there has been confusion in the past as to whether it was an in person appointment or not. I arrived at 8:50am and nobody was there. I waited until 9:45am and called the customer service line to make them aware that nobody has shown up to the office and nobody had started the tele-doc visit. They told me to just wait longer because it could take a while for other appointments to end.... read more

As long as you don’t have any interactions with Carol in Dawsonville, Ga it’s a good clinic. Only exceptions could be the lab reporting itinerary screens of uncontrolled diabetics positive for alcohol, then dropping your dose until you pay for another screen and hope you’re not spilling sugar and making alcohol in your urine. Not a single person at the clinic now comprehends this simple phenomenon and basically call you a liar when you deny drinking any alcohol and try to explain what can happen to a diabetic’s urine.

Ever since the corporation has taken over its gotten a little worse by the month. There is a major problem with scheduling it needs to be managed a lot more than it is. I’ve been a patient for many years at the Harriman office and I knew when all the staff quit something bad was going to happen. I’m not saying anything bad about the new staff but I really liked my previous doctors they really seamed to care. Now everyone is getting cut back on there meds but the price for the office visit is the same. I drive an hour one way... read more

This place was great at first but now it is absolutely horrible to go here. I have problems every month. Two different doctors wrote my prescription wrong multiple times because they think they are above us and don’t want to listen to anything we say. Now I go through complete hell every month with my insurance because of this. Crossroads say they can’t write prescriptions for more than 28 days however the insurance won’t pre-auth them until every 30 days. Nobody is in sync and when you call everyone has a different story. T... read more

Improved greatly, i use to hate going in, why it doesn’t bother me as much now because they don’t have 40 people waiting. I don’t like anybody knowing my business. But now there is only one or 2. Must Be under new leadership because there is a more professional outlook:.... A+

I think it’s a great place but with the c/ 19 virus going on I think it’s terrible going in because a lot of clients don’t wear masks which affects my ability to show up because I’m worried about catching COVID-19 so I I get anxiety thoughts in my head if I touch the door knob I’m gonna die of being sick
