The counselors should have more sessions with us. Also when Dr. Merlin suggest we see a psychiatrist the counselors take forever trying to find someone for us. I feel like they are there to just make money off of us and Nikki the manager says she is there for us butt then won’t talk to us.

I have been in Crossroads patient for quite some time now and I had an unfortunate event happen where I was incarcerated for 11 hours when I got out I had to miss two days and went back in on Thursday I was already passing all of my drug screen and then I came back on Thursday which was supposed to be my take-home day only to find out not buy any other reason than me calling later on that day to ask if I could get my take-home even though I already does because my grandmother was dying I was going out of town. Had a problem with dr appointment for insurance was able to reschedule a lot of the times we get treated bad if we need anything
I have been at this dump 4 years I was in the hospital last week I called the program director and my counselor Thursday to let them know I was gonna be discharged Friday and it was a 3 day weekend I have been on methadone 20 years so I wanted to be sure everything was right on my part everything they asked me to do I did my counselor said all of my stuff was perfect I am also paid 2 months in advance they not only would not dose me they sent me home 3 days without anything now I’m laying in the floor almost dead I just got ... read more

The doctor I seen yesterday name was W. wright at the Kensington location, he was extremely rude basically calling me a junkie saying hateful things and making me feel very uncomfortable from the time I sat in his office. I contacted the main office to file a report against him due to the way I was spoken to being unexceptional and I didn’t hear anything back. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly and she treated me like i was just some ol junkie from the street. She was kinda heavyset with short blonde hair. I know im an addict. I am doing my best to make my life better. The doctors and everyone else treats me with kindness and respect.

Finally saw a doctor that wasn’t afraid to giv me my monthly’s back, took a swab last time but only received 2 weeks cause needed to see my result saw nurse practitioner which I hate seeing cause their afraid to write you for a whole month even if you deserve it but my Swab was negative so Shapiro gave back my monthly’s!! Thank god cause I work an cannot afford to take off every 2 weeks!
Great I just wish it went a little quicker I work and I can’t be away from work all that long I’m not bitching I just need it to get in and out a little quicker but the staff and everybody are awesome people I really like them all good job 🙂
