Get directionsDon't get me wrong but the thing is I've been there for about 2 years now and I've have had 5 different counselors. 2 have only left ... I feel like an abuse case like nobody wants me... way to make someone feel good about sobriety.. also 2 years and not 1 take home ... I have to come every day ... even when I had a broken back ...straight out of hospital!!!! I mean wtf .... yes the methadone works but come on !!!! Sometimes I think I should just get high

I was going to the doctor that had originally started the practice, Dr. Bernard. He was a very nice and understanding man and treated all his patients as a unique person with their own story. I feel the people that have taken over are very nice but seem to have to follow such narrow constraints that they need to treat everyone with the same exact guidelines. I have a very unique situation and have been going there for a long time prior to Crossroads taking over. I get very bad headaches, have sleeping issues and sinus is... read more

I hate having to get a money order every visit, and every visit was moved to every 3 weeks. I’m thinking of moving to a new clinic just because of these reasons. Plus other clinics are cheaper.

I must admit if you are an actual patient of the crossroads in Louisville then you would laugh at the previous reviews they must work for the company if they are posting those lies. The staff is virtually non-existent a large number has realized the inevitable truth the place is a joke however recovery is not a joke it's serious people are dying this place is a hazard to any attic attempting to begin recovery. Nearly every visit you will be forced to wait and whether you like it or not the parking lot begins to overflow with... read more

I don’t like the changes at the office in Jacksboro. I was shocked that Dr. Harold didn’t work there any more. Not only was he a good doctor he was a good man. I often talked with him at length and he always made time. The above office is chaotic I switch to the Harriman, TN office where I started. The older doctor (I forgot his name) that still works there is also very good and the office is NOT chaotic. One, more thing, the new doctors at Jacksboro office are less than friendly. So I will continue to go to the Harri... read more

The Jacksboro, TN clinic no longer goes by appointments even though you are given a specific time to be there. On August 3rd I was there for over SIX hours!! My last appointment was at 9:35am but it was 11am before I was even called back for my drug screen. There’s no excuse for being there 2-3 hours per visit much less SIX. I’m not sure what has changed as things used to run smoothly and you were in and out within about an hour of your appointment time.

I like many of your patience only get paid on the first of the month or the third of the month and it's not much. The last time I saw you I like always paid for my monthly visit expecting it to be like always and I was never told anything different but after paying it I saw the doctor and he said that the owner wouldn't let him write no more than 24 days supply for that month and I would have to come back to get the rest. I live in Kentucky and I barely got enough money gathered up to have someone to bring me back then they ... read more
