I had a warming intake visit by a doctor who showed genuine concern for my wellness and recovery. Kind staff and a caring doctor made the visit better than I had expected. My second appointment was with a different doctor and it was absolutely awful. I would describe it as being uncomfortable and feeling as if I was approached like a criminal. From being nearly a half hour late, to potentially violating my privacy as a patient, it was a terrible experience compared to the previous visit

I don't understand why wait till 15 minutes before my appointment to remind me? Also why did you make me go into the office instead of a zoom appointment? Our county is high risk. I am 60 yrs old and should not be around groups of people. Monday appointment was ridiculous..ever since your company took over there had been nothing but errors. Please don't get me wrong...the staff is amazing and very friendly at your Grove City pa office...you probably don't even know where that is..enough said...you asked for my opinion...

The doctor is always almost an hour late for my appointment. They mess up my script constantly.

There is no since in having 2 counseling sessions a month for patients that have been in treatment as long as I have or in treatment a year or longer. Also no sense in having a treatment plan every 3 months for patients that have been there as long as I have are at least a year or more it’s ridiculous.

Same patient always comes late or early for appointment and skips in front of everyone else that's there on time waiting and wasn't offered telemedicine again last months appointment the girl said telemedicine is over everyone is to come into office and drug tests will resume but there was others that had telemedicine appointments I was only able to get 1 telemedicine appointment since they began the next telemedicine appointment i was to have i was told i had to come into the office. Everything was going great till I was accused of failing my drug test. They challenged it and when they got the results back it was totally different from results from first test. Proof that it was faulty test. I go in and do a urine test right there on the spot and passed the test. So that should be proof that I am clean. I would like to remain on stage 3 where I worked very hard to get to. I don’t think it’s fair to just get my takehomes taken away from me that fast and easy for no reason. Not fair.
