I liked that they were ready for me at my 7:30am appointment and they completed my service on time. I liked too that I asked for a coupon and they readily provided it. Very good service.

The recall took a little bit longer than expected, but the service manager apologized. The van driver was prompt and courteous.

Shop wasn't very busy and everyone was helpful and I was out in an hour.

Waited 5 hours to get the car done when I was told that it would take about an hour and half to finish.

There was no service performed on our Rav 4 on 2-28-2025. This had to be a mistake on someones part.

What I didn't like was I had to leave my car overnight no available times to get my car serviced. If you're gonna sell cars to have a good business, you need enough mechanics to work on the cars you are selling for basic needs, oil changes, tire, rotations, etc., etc.
