Had to go back three times.Wrong part ordered. Then they thought plastic bumper part could just be snapped on, but found that parts were needed to be removed before new part could be replaced. Once we figured it out, was efficiently done.

You always do a great job, but your messaging system that is supposed to keep me updated is not so efficient. It was not updated so I didn't know if my car was ready and had to call finally close to closing. It also sent me a final bill for approval that had charges on it I had not approved and that I was not prepared to pay for this week. You might want to rethink that digital program.
