I often travel from another city to visit this Toyota. They always take care of my vehicle and if there is an issue they work to resolve it. I also feel like advisors explain what is going on with my vehicle.
The service you get at Crown Toyota is top notch. From scheduling repair times on the computer to picking it up. I had three service members I would like to say thanks too, Wade was the first person when I walked in the building, Josh was my service advisor, and Cassidy was the in the office where you pay. I couldn't have had a better experience. Then I saw Clyde on my way out the person that sold me my car. Crown Toyota is a great place to buy a car, and they back it up with their service department. they did several things to my truck changed out the brank fluid changed out the transmission fluid changed out the power sterring fluid and I got an oil change took abut 3 hours to get done
Larry, one of the service writers, did a great explaining to me the mechanical issues with my vehicle and followed through with completing the repairs even though they required an extra day in the shop.

I like the fact that no matter when I requested my vehicle to be checked out, I was never told no I was never told I would have to make an appointment. I appreciate Crown Toyota service department. The staff is always friendly and smiling and seem to enjoy their job.
