they did several things to my truck changed out the brank fluid changed out the transmission fluid changed out the power sterring fluid and I got an oil change took abut 3 hours to get done
Larry, one of the service writers, did a great explaining to me the mechanical issues with my vehicle and followed through with completing the repairs even though they required an extra day in the shop.

I like the fact that no matter when I requested my vehicle to be checked out, I was never told no I was never told I would have to make an appointment. I appreciate Crown Toyota service department. The staff is always friendly and smiling and seem to enjoy their job.

Could have saved a trip if they checked to see if an update was available before I dropped car off
