they did several things to my truck changed out the brank fluid changed out the transmission fluid changed out the power sterring fluid and I got an oil change took abut 3 hours to get done

Larry, one of the service writers, did a great explaining to me the mechanical issues with my vehicle and followed through with completing the repairs even though they required an extra day in the shop.

I like the fact that no matter when I requested my vehicle to be checked out, I was never told no I was never told I would have to make an appointment. I appreciate Crown Toyota service department. The staff is always friendly and smiling and seem to enjoy their job.

Told me would be around an hour, took over two hours. But they are very nice there. By the way I was the first car of the morning.

Got in at my designated appointment time. Service person was very kind and personable. Answered all my questions. Car finished very close to promised time. Overall very happy with Crown Toyota!!

Could have saved a trip if they checked to see if an update was available before I dropped car off
